Where are the Interactive Teller Machines located?

Do I need to bring anything when I use an ITM?

At most Royal Banks locations, you can find the ITM outside and/or behind your branch in the drive-up area.
Indoor ITM’s are available at Creve Coeur, Edwardsville and South Grand.
At our Beale Street-St. Charles location, the ITM is found through the wall to the right of the branch entrance. At our Center location, the ITM is located behind the building, through the wall.

Interactive Teller Machines are also available during Saturday hours (9 a.m. – 2 p.m.) on the following federal holidays when Bank lobbies are closed: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Juneteenth, Columbus Day, and Veterans’ Day.

You can access many of your everyday banking services without having to visit a lobby!
Live Tellers can help you with cash or check deposits, loan payments, check cashing, bill exchanges, transfers of funds, and withdrawals.
These can all be done through a fast and secure session over the machine.
*Not all transactions are available through ITMs.

Please bring your ID with you; there is an area on the machine where you can place your ID card to be securely read by the Live Teller. Don’t forget to bring any checks or cash that you need for your transaction.

The ITM also offers an earbud plug and the ability to type messages to your Live Teller for added privacy.
