Where are the Interactive Teller Machines located?

Do I need to bring anything when I use an ITM?
Will my deposit funds be available immediately after an ITM Session?
At most Royal Banks locations, you can find the ITM outside and/or behind your branch in the drive-up area.
Indoor ITM’s are available at Creve Coeur, Edwardsville and South Grand.
At our Beale Street-St. Charles location, the ITM is found through the wall to the right of the branch entrance. At our Center location, the ITM is found through the wall behind the building.

ITM Hours of Service are as follows:

ITM’s are also available for regular business hours on select holidays when Bank lobbies are closed, including Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Juneteenth, Columbus Day and Veterans’ Day.

Live tellers can help you with real-time deposits, loan payments, check cashing, bill exchanges, transfers and withdrawals.
These can all be done through a fast and secure session over the machine.

Please bring your ID with you; there is an area on the machine where you can place your ID card to be securely read by the Live Teller. Don’t forget to bring any checks or cash that you need for your transaction.

YES. In contrast to an ATM transaction, deposit funds will be immediately reflected on your account after an ITM session.
*Cash only deposits have immediate/ real time funds available. Check deposits are subject to funds availability and are subject to a hold. ITM Specialists can deposit up to $1,000,000.00. Any transaction over $1,000,000.00 must be done by a Banker in a branch lobby. Transaction must be processed before 6:30 p.m.; all transactions done after 6:30 p.m. will process on the next business day.
