What Is an ITM?

An Interactive Teller Machine offers a secure, virtual banking experience with a real Royal Banks of Missouri employee!

Imagine an ATM: only smarter. You can tap the screen to connect with a Live Teller for assistance with a wide range of services** through a personalized video session.

When you visit an ITM, you can access many of your everyday banking services without having to visit the lobby. Whether you need to deposit funds, make a loan payment, or cash a check, the ITM offers the convenience of an ATM with personalized support from a real Royal Banks of Missouri employee.

It’s efficient and easy to use!
 

Where Can I Find an ITM?

ITMs can be found outside most Royal Banks of Missouri branch locations. You don’t even have to step out of your vehicle for banking support!

*ITMs are located inside the Edwardsville and South Grand locations. There is also an indoor ITM inside the Creve Coeur lobby, in addition to the machine in the drive-up area.

**At the Beale Street branch, you can walk up to the machine, located through the brick to the right of the lobby entrance. At the Center location, you can find the machine behind the branch building, through the wall.
 

When Are Live Tellers Available for Banking Support?

Life doesn’t run on a 9-to-5 schedule – and neither do we.

The Interactive Teller Machine offers extended teller hours, meaning you can speak to a Live Teller and access many of your everyday banking services without having to worry about rushing to the lobby before it closes.

ITMs are open until 7 p.m. every weekday and are available from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays and select Federal Holidays when lobbies are closed.*

Royal Banks of Missouri ITM Hours

Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. –  7 p.m.

Saturday: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

*Live Tellers are available from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the following Federal Holidays when lobbies are closed: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Juneteenth, Columbus Day, Veterans’ Day

Live Tellers are also happy to answer any questions you have about your bank account and give you an update on your balance(s).
 

Are There Security Features on the ITM?

At Royal Banks of Missouri, protecting your personal and financial information is our priority.

When you begin an ITM session, your Live Teller will ask you to present your ID as an added layer of security.

The ITM also has privacy features. If you have a set of earbuds, you can plug them into the machine so that only you will hear your Live Teller. Additionally, if you prefer not to speak to your Live Teller, you can type messages to them on the screen.

When you bank on an Interactive Teller Machine, you can feel confident that your session is secure.
 

Can I Do An ATM Transaction on the Interactive Teller Machine?

Yes! The ITM is an ATM, too. Just insert your card to begin a traditional ATM transaction. Otherwise, you can touch the screen to connect with a Live Teller for the full ITM experience.
