Royal Banks of Missouri President & CEO Named to St. Louis Magazine Business 500 in 2026
Annual List Recognizes Most Influential Leaders in the St. Louis Metro Region
Royal Banks of Missouri is delighted to congratulate its President & CEO, Mitch Baden, who was named to the 2026 St. Louis Business 500 by St. Louis Magazine for the second consecutive year.
Published annually, the Business 500 list recognizes the most impactful, influential leaders from across the St. Louis Metro region across various industries who are dedicated to strengthening the business community and developing modern solutions to drive success in the region for years to come.
Baden was featured in the Banking & Finance category of the list for his dedication to leading Royal Banks of Missouri into a new era and enhancing the client experience while maintaining the personal touch of a community bank. Mitch is a St. Louis native and has been involved in initiatives to enhance the local economy as well as philanthropic efforts focused on creating brighter futures for individuals and families across the St. Louis region and surrounding areas for decades. Mitch is a longtime supporter of Operation Shower and its mission to deliver unforgettable baby showers for military families across the United States, and was the chairman of the American Cancer Society’s Real Men Wear Pink breast cancer awareness campaign in St. Louis in fall 2025.
Earlier in 2026, Mitch was also named a recipient of the St. Louis TITAN 100 for the second straight year, a testament to his vision for Royal Banks of Missouri’s continued growth and success, and to his focus on delivering outstanding client experiences and services tailored to individual needs.
Mitch and all the St. Louis Business 500 honorees will be formally recognized at an invite-only event in April at St. Louis Union Station.
