January 2026: Debbie B.
Debbie is the Senior Executive Assistant and is based at our Creve Coeur branch. Debbie ensures timely and quality completion of tasks to support the Bank’s senior management group and Board of Directors. She also does an incredible job overseeing the planning of our holiday celebrations, client engagement, and employee events. Debbie is a valuable asset to Royal Banks of Missouri and does outstanding work to drive our company’s success!
February 2026: Danielle W.
Danielle works in our operations department at the West Clay branch. Danielle oversees multiple essential operations in the bank and is a trusted resource for implementing new systems and developing solutions to enhance the client experience. Danielle is an incredible leader, providing valuable training that boosts employees’ knowledge and helps them deliver outstanding service. Our team can always count on Danielle to support special projects and ensure everyone has a full understanding of new tools and processes that drive our bank forward.
March 2026: Rachel G.
Rachel is the Senior Retail Banking Manager at Royal Banks of Missouri. Over the past few months, Rachel played a significant role in the implementation of a new software and took initiative to create a training manual that became a valuable resource for her colleagues across the bank. She also worked hard to help other employees adapt to the new system and become comfortable with the platform so they could use it to their fullest potential. Rachel is a strong leader and a role model. She goes above and beyond to continue improving the work experience for not only her teams, but the bank as a whole.
April 2026: Sarah H.
Sarah works in our Treasury Management department at the Beale Street branch. Sarah is consistently praised for providing exceptional service by both clients and colleagues. She is also quick to volunteer to take on additional projects and demonstrates stellar leadership while managing tasks that optimize treasury management operations and support the Bank’s goals. Sarah shows up with a positive attitude every day and is someone her peers can count on for advice and guidance. We are lucky to have her on our team!

Twana is a Relationship Banker at our West Clay branch. Twana brings warmth, positivity, and genuine kindness to the bank every day. She embodies the very best of our culture and approaches client service with a level of dedication that elevates not only the experience of those she serves, but the standards of those around her. She makes anyone who walks into the branch feel welcome, going the extra mile to get to know her clients and colleagues and offer support to anyone at any time. Twana’s presence lifts morale, inspires teamwork, and strengthens our company culture.
