March 2025: Glendale Branch Staff
The Glendale team was honored for proactively taking action to support a colleague in their moment of need. We applaud them for their dedication to looking out for each other, so they can take exceptional care of our clients.
April 2025: Ethel H.
Ethel works in our deposit operations department and was tasked with adapting to a new system that was a major change for her. Ethel remained positive, open-minded, and collaborative throughout the implementation process and was a delight to work with!
May 2025: Tammy B.
Tammy is part of our deposit operations team at the Center branch. Our retail employees call Tammy a “rockstar” and note that she is knowledgeable and always takes pride in her role. She goes out of her way to support our clients and staff and does it all with a positive attitude.
June 2025: Gail R.
July 2025: Kirsten G.
Kirsten works in our Treasury Management department and is our Wire Team Lead. Over several months, Kirsten led the implementation of a critical new process that was a significant operational change for the Bank. Kirsten took time to research and test the new process, as well as train every member of the wire team on the new system. Because of Kirsten’s stellar leadership and attention to detail, the new procedures were installed smoothly.
August 2025: Samantha M.
Sam works in the Loan Administration department and is based at our West Clay branch in St. Charles. She was nominated for her willingness to take leadership on department projects and guide colleagues to achieve their goals. No matter the task, Sam consistently goes above and beyond to benefit our team. Sam is dedicated to supporting the continued success of our Bank and is committed to being a reliable resource for those around her. Her team describes her as a rockstar and a valuable asset to Royal Banks of Missouri!
September 2025: Jessica K.
Jessica is the branch manager at our Saint Louis Hills location. She worked tirelessly over several months to train seven new hires in the retail department, and even traveled to other branches to provide support when needed. Jessica consistently serves her team and clients with a smile and is always willing to go above and beyond to help the Saint Louis Hills branch thrive. She has the branch operating at a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.
October 2025: Kaleb E.
Kaleb has been with Royal Banks for nearly two years. In summer 2025, Kaleb accepted an opportunity to join our credit department after working in the Creve Coeur lobby for over a year. Creve Coeur experienced some changes as Kaleb was preparing to transition to credit, but Kaleb was ready and willing to take charge of the branch and ensure that our clients were well taken care of. He assumed ownership of various systems and operations in the lobby and even waited to start his role in credit until Creve Coeur was running smoothly. Clients loved working with Kaleb and asked where he went after he moved to his new position. Kaleb is a delight to work with, always has a positive attitude, and is a great team player!
November 2025: Gabrielle L.
Gabi works in our accounting department at the West Clay branch in St. Charles. Since she joined the Royal Banks team, Gabi has taken initiative and worked diligently to automate and improve the Bank’s reconciliations and processes, as well as the documentation of accounting procedures. Gabi’s innovation and dedication to the success of the accounting department and the Bank as a whole have been impressive!
December 2025: Katie K.
Katie is the marketing manager at the bank, and is always eager to jump in and support projects. Katie consistently delivers high-quality work with impressive turnaround times. She proactively takes on additional responsibilities and can be relied upon to step in whenever help is needed.

Tammy has been with the bank for over 30 years and is based at the Center branch. Tammy consistently goes above and beyond to support our staff and clients, and does it all with positivity and genuine care.
