Royal Banks of Missouri Establishes Advisory Board in St. Charles County
Locally owned bank welcomes seven St. Charles-based business leaders who will provide strategic insight and guidance to support the bank’s mission and long-term commitment to business development in the region.

ST. CHARLES, MO, February 5, 2026: Royal Banks of Missouri is proud to introduce its newly formed St. Charles County advisory board. The board, which will be overseen by Max Mitts, SVP/St. Charles Market Manager, includes distinguished business leaders who will provide insight and expertise to the bank’s retail, commercial and treasury business development teams with the goal of supporting the bank’s growth and impact in the region.
The board is designed to provide new opportunities for our bankers in St. Charles County to deepen their local connections and cultivate meaningful relationships with respected business owners, leaders, and executives, similar to the bank’s existing advisory boards in the St. Louis, Northeast Missouri, and Southwestern Illinois regions.

Caty Beilsmith
Caty is a CPA and a Partner at Wipfli. Based in the audit department, Caty collaborates with companies of all sizes to provide strategies for their compliance, accounting, and consulting needs. Caty’s immense knowledge of and connections to business owners in the region will significantly support the bank’s commitment to supporting local growth.
Stephanie Green
Stephanie is the CEO/CFO of Atlas Iron Works. She has years of experience in the areas of finance, sales, and strategy. Her role as a local woman-owned business leader with a strong understanding of the financial industry will help guide our team in developing long-lasting relationships with business executives in the region.
Kyle Hannegan
Kyle is a real estate consultant with BHHS Select Properties, where he manages The Kyle Hannegan Group in O’Fallon, Missouri. Kyle’s passion for the St. Charles community and the real estate industry will be instrumental in the board’s work to drive business development across the region.
Tyler Hannegan
Tyler is a founding partner, owner, and operator of Robust, a licensed vertical medical marijuana business in Missouri. Tyler’s experience as a business founder is essential to the work of our advisory board members to connect Royal Banks of Missouri to aspiring business owners and budding organizations in St. Charles.
Kate Manfull
Kate is the owner, CEO, and creative director of Fierce Creative Agency in St. Charles. Her agency provides full-service marketing support for small to mid-sized businesses in the greater St. Charles and St. Louis areas. Kate’s vast connections in the region and impressive record as a local business owner will be invaluable to Royal Banks of Missouri’s business development efforts in St. Charles.
Clint Overton
Clint is the co-founder and managing partner of Boardroom Bullpen: a solutions provider for companies experiencing growth. Royal Banks of Missouri has collaborated with Boardroom Bullpen to present The MIXER: an event series designed to bring St. Charles-area business leaders together to network and share strategies for success. Clint’s focus on business growth and empowering local executives will contribute positively to our goal of fostering meaningful commercial banking partnerships in the St. Charles community.
Danny Wapelhorst
Danny is a commercial real estate broker for Cissell Mueller Company. Danny will provide expertise in commercial real estate, particularly sharing his strong perspective on the local market. His role on this advisory board will be essential as a trusted referral source for commercial real estate lending opportunities in St. Charles County.
