Royal Banks of Missouri Welcomes Mike Winkler as Chief Financial Officer

Current Chief Financial Officer Scott Sciortino Appointed to Newly Created Position of Chief Revenue Officer

ST. LOUIS, March 15, 2024 — Royal Banks of Missouri has announced today that Mike Winkler will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer.

Mike will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and finance operations and working as a member of the senior management group to execute the strategic direction of the bank.

Mike joins Royal Banks following a 20-year career at Cass Information Systems/Cass Commercial Bank, where he most recently served as Controller. Mike holds an undergraduate degree in accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. He is also a CPA.

Current Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Scott Sciortino will shift into the newly created role of Chief Revenue Officer. In this position, Scott will manage the Commercial Lending and Treasury Management lines of business while continuing to oversee Accounting and Finance.
