- Determine whether to receive e-mail notification about received bills, late bills, missed bills, and payments made on bills
- Order, online, a CD-ROM to be delivered in December of the previous twleve months payments. (charge of $25.00)
- Payments scheduled before 8:00 PM/CST are processed the same business day. Payments scheduled after 8:00 PM/CST are scheduled for the next day.

- If you are a current Royal Banks Online client, login to online banking and select Pay Bills from the top menu
- If you are not signed up for Royal Banks Online, you can get access to the Payment Center when you enroll for online banking.
